Job summary

TE Connectivity's Philippines hub seeks a Demand Planning Lead to drive day-to-day demand planning for multiple regions and product lines. You will lead the Demand Analyst team, translate priorities into assignments, and ensure accurate, on-time forecasts while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.

This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, hands-on SAP IBP/ERP or similar tools, advanced Excel, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• 5+ years in Demand Planning, Demand Analysis, or Supply Chain Planning; leading projects or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Demand Analyst execution and translate hub priorities into clear assignments and deadlines.
• Manage team workload, capacity, and development with hands-on support.
• Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of demand-planning outputs.
