FrieslandCampina is seeking a Demand Planning Lead in Makati to own end-to-end forecasting and the S&OP cycle, translating market insights into demand plans that support growth, service, and efficiency. You will drive forecasting excellence and lead planning capabilities within a fast-paced environment.

The role sits at the heart of the business, collaborating with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and consensus-building activities.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insights capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, APO, IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and forecasting process.
• Turn commercial opportunities and market trends into actionable demand plans.
• Drive consensus among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning and Operations.
• Develop and improve forecasting models and planning tools.
• Provide insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
