Job summary

FrieslandCampina in the Philippines is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to own end-to-end forecasting, drive the S&OP cycle, and translate commercial insights into accurate demand plans that support growth and service levels.

You will lead cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, develop forecasting models, monitor FA, WAPE, and bias, and coach a high-performing planning team from our Makati Head Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or related functions
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and consensus-building activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, APO, IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and own the process end-to-end
• Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable demand plans
• Drive consensus among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations
• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasting models
• Analyze historical sales, promotions, and business drivers to improve forecast accuracy
• Manage planning assumptions for promotions, launches, and lifecycle events
• Bridge gaps across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for demand consensus
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to convert forecasts into supply plans
• Track forecasting metrics (FA, WAPE, bias) and identify risks/opportunities
• Deliver insights and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions
• Coach and develop Demand Planners; establish best practices and processes
• Drive digitalization and planning excellence through advanced analytics
