Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Operations professional to join our Deal Operations team within Finance Operations. You will apply your SaaS subscription knowledge to streamline booking processes and serve as a gatekeeper ensuring contracts map to our finance metrics.

• Drafting, reviewing and finalizing contracts
• Collaboration with sales, finance and legal teams to ensure policy integrity

Responsibilities

• Supports commercial activities including deal structuring under $100k, contract creation, pricing guidance, review/approval, contract management and providing support to field sales for quoting purposes.
• Ensures deals are structured and processed efficiently and align to company policies.
• Reviews, interprets and confirms contract terms; works with finance and legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drafts and finalizes contracts including add-on business within thresholds.
• Handles day-to-day queries from sales, sales development and account management using quoting tools/CRM.
• Supports sales enablement group.
• Resolves problems through research and cross-team collaboration to identify tools for success.
• Acts as a Sales-facing SME on deal processes and policies.
• Ensures non-standard terms are reviewed and documented in Salesforce.
• Partners with regional leadership to prioritize projects and deals for month/quarter/year-end.
• Communicates effectively with Deal Strategists, Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Manages ad hoc operations and system-focused projects.
