Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to assist with contract data entry in CPQ, manage global orders, and track case statuses from deal creation to fulfillment. The role collaborates with Sales and other departments to resolve inquiries and maintain governance of pricing and legal standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field, proven contract management experience, and strong English communication and analytical skills to support audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Proven data entry proficiency within CPQ or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills to track case statuses and ensure smooth processing.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage global orders including new, amendments, and renewals with emphasis on complex accounts.
• Track status of cases to ensure smooth processing from deal creation to invoicing.
• Monitor escalations and gather responses for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries regarding products, billing, and contract status.
• Provide contract management support to Sales and report deal/case statuses.
