Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to lead the commercial backbone of our go-to-market motions, owning deal structuring, pricing guidance, quoting, and approval workflows end-to-end. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to close complex, high-value deals quickly.

In this role, you will shape consumption and multi-year commitments, build scalable deal desk processes, and ensure clean handoffs from quote to order.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related analytical role at a high-growth tech company.
• 3+ years specifically in Deal Desk.
• Experience structuring complex packaging quotes including non-standard terms and pricing.
• Strong understanding of consumption-based and subscription pricing models.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and CPQ tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Run deal desk operations: review/approve deals outside standard parameters and drive fast escalations.
• Structure and optimize deals with complex pricing, multi-year terms, and custom requirements.
• Serve as pricing and policy expert, propose new pricing models and packaging motions.
• Build scalable deal desk processes with governance, playbooks, and workflows.
• Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Ops, and Billing.
• Analyze deal economics: profitability, margins, and discount impact.
• Validate bookings and ensure revenue recognition accuracy.
• Report on deal metrics and drive velocity improvements.
