Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Sr. Specialist, Deal Support to drive sales velocity while ensuring compliance and operational integrity. You will coordinate end-to-end deal processing across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Recognition, balancing policy with a customer-focused approach.

You will partner with sales teams, answer pre-signature inquiries, guide deal flow, and escalate high‑complexity cases. This position emphasizes SLA adherence and continuous improvement in a hybrid, global work model.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, Contract Management, or related areas.
• Experience with SaaS environments, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to SLAs is preferred.
• Strong governance and policy knowledge with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deal processing in line with guidelines to support revenue recognition and audits.
• Act as an operational advisor to sales teams, answering inquiries and guiding deal flow.
• Foster proactive communication across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams on urgent or complex transactions.
• Participate in RCA on escalated deals to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process mapping under senior mentorship.
• Meet or exceed daily SLAs through consistent delivery of deal processing tasks.
