Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Deal Support to drive sales velocity with strict policy adherence and excellent partner experience. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Recognition to manage end-to-end deal processing for standard to medium-complexity transactions.

You will balance compliance with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring smooth transaction cycles and strong audit readiness, while collaborating across regions and teams in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• High accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
• Clear, diplomatic communication with internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset to track deal progress and meet strict SLAs.
• Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• 2–4 years in deal desk, sales ops, finance, contract mgmt, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process deals in alignment with guidelines across sales channels.
• Answer pre-signature inquiries and guide sales through deal flow requirements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams; escalate as needed.
• Identify high-complexity or out-of-scope deals for senior review.
• Support ad-hoc projects and process mapping under senior mentorship.
• Meet or exceed SLAs on daily deliverables.
