Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead the deal desk, pricing governance, and quotation processes.

You will review commercial deals for pricing policy compliance, coordinate with SMEs, and validate quotes in Salesforce CPQ to ensure accuracy before progression.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years total experience with 5–6 years in deal desk or pricing, and at least 5–10 years in leadership, ready to operate from a office-based setup.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate commercial deals to ensure pricing compliance.
• Manage deal review queue and coordinate resolutions with SMEs.
• Validate quotes in Salesforce CPQ ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain deal desk knowledge base and approval matrices.
• Join meetings with clients to ensure SLAs and requirements are met.
• Support month-end and quarter-end deal surges; ensure deals are booked.
