Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support day-to-day Sales Operations. You will prepare and revise quotes, check pricing, and coordinate non-standard deal requests, ensuring accurate Salesforce records.

This is a night-shift, full-time role with emphasis on accuracy and customer-ready responses. You will work with sales teams on quotations, discount requests, and pricing policies, while ensuring approvals follow established workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy, attention to numerical information.
• Clear written and verbal English with a service-oriented approach.
• Analytical problem-solving and reliable follow-through.
• Able to work independently and learn quotation or CRM systems quickly.
• Available for a full-time Ortigas-based night-shift role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise quotations, checking details against pricing and configuration rules.
• Support sales reps with deal questions, quote issues and pricing or discount requests.
• Coordinate non-standard commercial requests and follow the approval workflow.
• Track Deal Desk requests and follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate quote, account and opportunity details in Salesforce.
• Identify recurring quotation issues and suggest workflow improvements.
