Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and governance of our enterprise data function in the Philippines. You will drive data products, semantic models, and reporting environments to empower FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Operations.

The role blends strategic direction with hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7 years of hands-on data engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading data teams in small to mid-sized organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small offshore data team with clear roles and accountability.
• Shape and operate a Data-as-a-Service model enabling self-serve data.
• Define scalable enterprise data architecture with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Governance, data quality, and security across platforms and data products.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Operations stakeholders.
