Job summary

CoDev Philippines is seeking an experienced data engineer to own production ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and to develop semantic models in Power BI. The role requires hands-on expertise in Fabric, T-SQL, and data warehousing patterns, with a preference for SAP/Dynamics 365 data experience.

The team operates in a distributed/offshore model with daily coordination during US Central time hours. A long-term engagement is expected, with progressive ownership of data assets and live

Qualifications

• Hands-on, independent experience building and running production ETL/ELT pipelines with ADF.
• Strong data modeling and DAX skills in Power BI, with performance tuning experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric including Lakehouse, Warehouse, dataflows, and workspace deployments.
• Solid T-SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and debugging in SQL Server / Azure SQL.
• Understanding of data warehousing fundamentals and medallion patterns.
• Experience with ERP/CRM source data; SAP and Dynamics 365 preferred, including data quality and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to own production systems end-to-end and communicate in written English.

Responsibilities

• Own production ADF and Power BI/Fabric end-to-end; triage and fix issues independently.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for live troubleshooting within US Central overlap.
• Provide clear written updates and documentation across time zones.
