Job summary

ECLARO seeks an experienced IT Director, Enterprise Data to shape strategy, architecture, delivery, and governance of the organization’s data assets. You will lead a small, capable team to build scalable data products and reporting environments that power FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Operations.

The role requires deep domain expertise in Commercial P&C data, strong leadership, and hands-on technical execution across Fabric, semantic models, and Power BI to deliver trusted outputs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years hands-on data engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading data teams and data warehouse projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and governance of enterprise data function.
• Build and operate Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) model for business stakeholders to self-serve data.
• Align data outputs with FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Operations to drive business outcomes.
• Oversee scalable data architecture using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Partner with CIO and AI enablement to ensure data platforms support AI use cases.
