Job summary

IT Managers Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Data Platform Systems Analyst / Data Analyst in the Philippines. You will translate business needs into Azure Databricks solutions while upholding data governance standards and aligning with enterprise architecture.

You will collaborate with Business and Tech teams, design source-to-target mappings, and support end-to-end data/analytics projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong SQL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in Systems/Data Analyst roles.
• 2+ years with Data Platform solutions (Azure/Databricks).
• End-to-end data/analytics projects using Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong SQL skills.
• IDMC experience is a heavy advantage.
• Coding in Python or Java is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, profile data, design specs, and map sources to targets.
• Design and maintain Azure/Databricks configurations and deployment scripts.
• Coordinate releases, analyze defects, monitor data quality, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams across the SDLC for testing.
