ECLARO seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics in the Philippines to lead the data strategy, architecture, and analytics initiatives. You will guide governance, deliver scalable data products, and partner with business units to drive measurable outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions using modern Azure data services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, semantic models, and enterprise reporting.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, SQL, and modern Azure data services.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead our enterprise data strategy, architecture, engineering, and analytics initiatives. This is a highly hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering scalable, governed, and business-driven data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern Azure data technologies.

Reporting directly to the CIO, you will drive the organization’s enterprise data platform, ensuring data initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes while enabling self-service analytics across Finance, FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise and is comfortable partnering with business stakeholders, defining enterprise data architecture, guiding technical delivery, and working alongside engineers to solve complex data challenges.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing data engineering team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance framework aligned with business objectives.
• Build and mature a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) model that empowers business users with trusted, scalable, and self-service data products.
• Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise data initiatives, ensuring clear business ownership, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and oversee scalable enterprise data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, semantic models, and modern data architecture.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders across Finance, FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Lead internal teams and external vendor partners to successfully deliver enterprise data projects while ensuring quality, governance, and knowledge transfer.
• Establish best practices for enterprise reporting, data modeling, semantic layers, data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership by supporting data modeling, troubleshooting, query optimization, reporting structures, and solution design whenever necessary.
• Partner closely with application, integration, and AI teams to ensure seamless upstream and downstream data integration supporting reporting, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, semantic models, and enterprise reporting.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, SQL, and modern Azure data services.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, governed, and high-quality data products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
• Experience working within the Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry is highly preferred, particularly supporting Auto, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Underwriting, Claims, and Actuarial functions.
