Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant/Solution Advisor to lead data engineering architecture for complex analytics platforms. The role focuses on designing scalable data architectures, setting up development platforms, and migrating to Unity Catalog while building robust Databricks Asset Bundles.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in data analytics with hands-on Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Fabric expertise, and strong Python/PySpark skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data & Analytics with 4+ years in data engineering architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks Unity Catalog, Data Factory, and Fabric.
• Experience with data warehousing, big data, and data lakes on Azure.
• Proficient in data modeling, integration, and ETL processes.
• Programming in Python, PySpark, SparkSQL, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design project architecture and oversee data platform implementation.
• Set up and monitor Internal Developer Platform and UC migration.
• Build Databricks Asset Bundles and perform PR reviews.
• Define data models, schemas, and scalable pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor data engineering teams.
• Document architecture and maintain knowledge base.
