The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT with 6+ years in data warehouse/ETL, strong SQL/Python/Spark skills, and practical Databricks expertise; cloud infra and governance are valued. This is a senior, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Data warehouse/ETL projects.
• Deep understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modelling.
• Experience with Databricks Data & AI platform and Delta Lake architecture.
• Hands-on SQL, Python and Spark (PySpark) skills.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern data warehouse solutions using Databricks on AWS/Azure stack.
• Collaborate with DW/BI leads to define ETL pipelines and reporting models.
• Triage issues, fix pipeline gaps, and optimize performance.
• Lead technical discussions with client architects and team members.
• Orchestrate data pipelines with Airflow and ensure scalable deployments.
