Lingaro Group Philippines seeks a Senior AI-Ready Data Advisor to bridge business, technology, and data strategy, driving adoption of AI-powered insights and shaping data management solutions. You will lead data architecture efforts, oversee data quality and observability, collaborate with client leadership, and mentor junior colleagues while exploring GenAI and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building data architecture and software solutions.
• Strong command of backend solution architecture and data engineering.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, automation, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape Data Management strategy with clients and align activities to practice priorities.
• Lead development of data management platform solutions for data provisioning and consumption personas.
• Drive POCs and accelerator solutions aligned with DM strategy and client needs.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to build solution landscapes.
• Lead engagements on Data Quality, Observability, and data cataloging.
• Coach junior team members and extended teams.
