Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, preferably in data centers, technology, or telecommunications.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Planning and Initiation for data center design/construction.
• Technical Project Execution and Monitoring with schedule control and budgets.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership across design, construction, finance, and procurement.
• Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance with building codes and environmental regs.
