Job summary

Globe Telecom in Metro Manila seeks a Construction Project Manager to enforce a strict safety culture on site, drive technical project execution, procurement, and cross-functional team leadership across design, project management, testing, and operations.

You will manage schedules and budgets, oversee installation of critical infrastructure, coordinate vendors, and deliver project handover with rigorous QA and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforce a strict safety culture on site based on Globe safety standards.
• Lead regular EHS walkthroughs and site inspections; address safety issues with vendors and GC.
• Coordinate RCA and incident reporting for any operational disruptions.
• Direct day-to-day construction activities to align with baselines and PM processes.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and deployment of resources across all project phases.
• Manage installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure (diesel generators, UPS, chillers, switchgears, ECMS).
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, consultant hiring, and purchase orders while meeting budgets.
