• Oversee installation/commissioning of critical infrastructure (gens, UPS, chillers, switchgear).
• Lead procurement, vendor pre-qualification, bidding, and contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, cost control, and operations.
• Ensure quality control, regulatory compliance, and timely defect rectification.
• Manage risk, change control, and escalation to maintain timelines.
• Handover project to operations with as-built BIM and OMMs.
