Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Design and Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of data center design and construction projects. You will ensure delivery within quality, budget, and schedule targets, operating under the strategic direction of the Head of Design and Construction.

You will drive portfolio strategy, multi-project financial governance, QA/QC frameworks, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement to support Globe’s data center growth and standards.

Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Experience managing large, multi-site data center construction programs.
• Strong leadership, budget control, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of the overall construction project portfolio strategy.
• Direct the execution of multiple complex construction projects with multi-million to billion-dollar budgets and ensure best-in-class technical standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to a team of Project Managers and staff.
• Establish QA/QC frameworks across the construction portfolio and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and environmental standards.
• Develop and manage portfolio-level risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships with C-suite, government bodies, and tier-1 vendor partners.
• Oversee final project handovers and post-project reviews to capture and disseminate organizational knowledge.
