Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Construction Project Manager to enforce a strict on-site safety culture, direct daily construction activities, and drive projects against baselines, schedules, and budgets for critical infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage procurement and vendors, oversee QA/QC and commissioning, resolve issues, and ensure timely handover with complete documentation to operations and clients.

Responsibilities

• Enforce strict safety culture on site per company standards.
• Direct day-to-day construction activities and monitor baselines, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead incident RCAs and detailed reporting.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management to meet budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants and operations.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory/compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage testing and commissioning, IST, and handover activities.
• Close-out project documentation and handover to operations.
