Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Bachelor’s in statistics, quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience working with external clients in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods (regression, clustering, ANOVA, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to write/maintain analytic code.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate statistical outputs for assigned projects and manage workload.
• Translate client needs into analytic approaches and methodologies.
• Build, validate, and present statistically sound models with clear documentation.
• Create client-ready materials communicating findings and data-driven recommendations.
• Support client meetings, explain statistical concepts, and advise on analytic approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data and processes.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team learning and improvement.
• Develop and extend analytic code in Python/PySpark and maintain Codebases.
