Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Manager, Account Analytics Development to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI capabilities. You will architect scalable systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with client teams to translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions.

You will work with data platforms, push for production-grade ML and analytics tooling, and drive adoption across the analytics organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related.
• “8+ years” software or data product experience including leading technical design on complex projects.
• Strong Python and advanced SQL; comfortable in large codebases and analytical data warehouses.
• Experience designing and shipping production-grade LLM-based systems (agents, tools, orchestration).
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading teams, even without formal management title.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture of our AI capability including agent scoping, tool integration, and model reasoning boundaries.
• Lead design evaluations, define success metrics, and determine when human review is needed.
• Set engineering standards: source control, testing, documentation, deployment for reliability.
• Write production code and prototype quickly, deciding what becomes a supported system.
• Hire, onboard, and develop senior engineers; raise the technical bar through reviews.
• Collaborate with analytics leads and client teams to translate business problems into scalable systems.
