Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Manager of Data Practice Analytics to head a local team in the Philippines and collaborate with global Epsilon Data practice teams. This role will define solutions for product and engineering initiatives, driving delivery with cross-functional colleagues across time zones.

You will mentor junior data engineers, manage multiple projects, and present insights to key stakeholders to influence business decisions. This is a remote role aligned with US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Management or Data Engineering teams.
• 6+ years of hands-on coding in SAS (Base, Macros, ODS, Access) and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, and developing junior data engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Data analytics process.

Responsibilities

• Account for the overall management of Data and Analytics projects; ensuring timeliness, quality, and client value.
• Assist with development of plans for data management and governance improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to devise strategic directions and analyze data.
• Perform data manipulations with BigQuery, SAS/ACCESS, and Tableau.
• Prepare reports and deliverables that uncover insights for business recommendations.
• Prioritize and monitor project progress against goals and budgeted hours.
• Present reports to internal and external partners, communicating key findings and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and resources to ensure successful delivery of data analytics projects.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team colleagues.
• Foster trusted relationships with partners and cross-team members.
