Job summary

Epsilon in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Manager, Account Analytics Development to lead the most technically demanding parts of our AI capability. You will hire and develop your first senior engineer, guiding design reviews and code quality across the analytics team.

You will work with US-based client teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, balancing experimentation with reliability in client workflows. Strong Python, SQL, and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years building software or data products with senior design responsibility.
Strong Python and advanced SQL; capable in a large analytical warehouse.
Experience shipping production-grade LLM-based systems with agents and tooling.
Ability to decompose ambiguous capabilities into components and interfaces.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture of our AI capability: scope agents, compose tools, define boundaries.
Design evaluation and monitoring to ensure reliability in non-deterministic systems.
Set engineering standards for code, tests, docs, and deployment for a small senior team.
Write production code and prototype quickly; shepherd useful components into production.
Hire and develop your first direct report; raise technical quality across the team.
Partner with analytics leads and US client teams to maximize automation impact.
