Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst to design, build, and optimize data dashboards and ETL pipelines, enabling stakeholders to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, 2+ years in Analytics or Data Engineering, and the ability to work across teams while ensuring data quality and governance. This on-site position is based in Quezon City with Return to Office setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Analytics/Data Engineer experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Excellent data wrangling skills
• Optimization skills to write efficient code
• Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience preferred
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and skills
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write efficient, scalable code to automate data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting frameworks using developer tools and languages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all reporting activities.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Support a group who review, classify and/or remove, work with, view or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels and/or creating prompts to interrogate large language models, evaluating their responses, and contributing to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI
