Job summary

Epsilon’s Analytics team seeks a Senior Data Analyst to execute analytic work supporting clients, products and revenue initiatives. You will apply established statistical methods, develop analytic code, and deliver well-documented outputs for assigned workstreams.

You will independently implement analytic projects, collaborate with multi-functional partners, and communicate findings with data-driven recommendations while ensuring privacy and governance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in statistical analysis or data science.
• Experience working with external clients in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and modeling.
• Proficiency in Python (and PySpark where applicable) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver statistically sound models and outputs for projects.
• Translate client needs into analytic approaches and deliver final outputs.
• Build and validate analyses, and present findings with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, data acquisition, and product teams.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team learning, ensuring governance and quality.
