Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Management or Data Engineering teams.
• 2+ years in mentoring junior data engineers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data and analytics projects, ensuring timeliness, quality and client value.
• Develop plans for data management and governance improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic direction and analyze data.
• Perform data manipulations with tools like BigQuery, SAS/ACCESS and Tableau.
• Prepare reports and deliverables to uncover insights and support business recommendations.
• Monitor progress against goals and budgets and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and resources to ensure successful delivery.
