Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a senior Data Security lead to oversee and enhance cybersecurity operations across the Bank's environment. You will drive threat and vulnerability management, IAM, DLP, network security, and penetration testing to strengthen posture.

With 8+ years in cybersecurity, you will conduct risk assessments, coordinate incidents, and lead cross-functional programs to ensure regulatory compliance and resilient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, information security, vulnerability management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Threat & Vulnerability Management, IAM, Privileged Access, DLP, Network Security, Penetration Testing, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity services delivery and continuous improvement across TM, PAM, IAM, DLP, Network Security, and Penetration Testing.
• Manage security incident investigations, remediation, root cause analysis and response actions.
• Conduct security risk assessments for IT initiatives and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Drive strategic security improvement projects with engineering and operations teams.
• Optimize processes, controls, and workflows, promoting cross-functional collaboration to boost resilience.
