Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5-7 years in IT security roles with policy development and incident management.
• Leadership experience managing IT security projects or small teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect systems and data.
• Identify security risks, conduct regular risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures.
• Configure and manage firewall tools and settings to protect the network.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, including breaches and malware events.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and conduct regular security audits (including VAPT).
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
