Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Security Leader to guide information security programs and risk governance from the Philippines. You will lead security operations, collaborate with product and sales teams, and drive continuous improvement in controls and reporting.

You will mentor a security team, define KPIs, and foster a security-conscious culture across technology and business units while engaging customers with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications

• Strong information security knowledge across ISO frameworks (27001/2, 27017/18, 22301, 42001) and SOX.
• Ability to translate risk findings into clear guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer engagement experience handling inquiries, audits, and security-related contract language.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to influence and build trust.
• 3+ years direct people management; coaching and performance development.
• Analytical thinking to assess complex security scenarios and tailor responses.
• Project management across multiple engagements with prioritization.
• Growth mindset adapting to trends and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to learn enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage security resources; clarify roles, responsibilities, and priorities.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team; manage performance and career growth.
• Communicate vision, set standards, and motivate team to high performance.
• Manage resource allocation, prioritization, and planning to meet objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries using knowledge bases and AI tools.
• Lead audits coordinating across GRC, security engineering, and product teams.
• Build security narratives; complete RFPs and assessments with clarity.
• Maintain and improve public Trust Centre and customer-facing resources.
• Liaise with Sales to streamline intake and resolution of trust requests.
