Job summary

The role entails developing and implementing comprehensive information security policies, overseeing risk assessments, monitoring incidents, evaluating security solutions, and building a robust governance program with training and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Proven expertise in information security management and practices.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Board on cybersecurity, risk, and resilience.
• Lead regulatory readiness and enterprise security strategy for BSP.
• Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
• Oversee risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats effectively.
