Job summary

Google Operations Center in Metro Manila invites applications for an Analytics & Insights Senior Associate in the CX Lab. The role splits between Wave Survey Research and Scaled Qualitative Research to influence advertiser satisfaction and upcoming Google ads features.

You will perform descriptive and inferential statistics on large survey data using Python, help create decks and reports, and program surveys in Qualtrics while ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, social science, or related field.
• Experience with statistical analysis (inferential stats like t-tests, z-tests, ANOVA).
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills in market research.
• 1+ year experience with SQL and Python for statistics or data pipelines.
• 1+ year experience with SQL or similar DB systems.
• Experience programming market research online surveys (Qualtrics or similar).

Responsibilities

• Perform descriptive and statistical analysis on large survey data using Python.
• Assist in deck and report creation, including data analysis and quality checks.
• Provide insights to dashboard SMEs when new tables are added.
• Assist with survey programming in Qualtrics aligning with content.
• Perform survey testing in Qualtrics and document quality issues.
• Review translations from localization vendors and log fixes.
