Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, documenting records, understanding programs and systems, and up-selling where possible, while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1-2 years customer service experience - telephone
• Ability to remain highly motivated in a service environment
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• PC proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Communicate via inbound telephone calls with customers
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
• Accurately document and update records in required systems
• Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform the job effectively
• Generate fees and up-sell wherever possible
• Represent highest standards of the brand
