Job summary

ResultsCX is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own client success initiatives in Pasig, Philippines. You will drive revenue retention and expansion, manage onboarding, and lead efforts to ensure client satisfaction and advocacy.

You will collaborate with the Client Solutions Executive and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, maintain SLAs, and report on risk and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Client Solutions, Account Operations, Customer Success, or related area.
• Excellent communication with C-level customers and ability to drive joint business value.
• Knowledge of business development and growth initiatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical, goal-oriented mindset with people and project management skills.
• Ability to design strategies, guidelines and objectives to drive growth and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention and revenue growth within existing lines of business, partnering with the Client Solutions Executive on upsell opportunities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and improve NPS by proactive relationship management and addressing needs.
• Mitigate churn risks, coordinate onboarding, implementation and successful adoption of solutions.
• Develop programs to foster client loyalty, expand relationships, and generate referrals and case studies.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to monitor KPIs and drive renewal or expansion strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resources and execution align with enterprise goals.
