Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive value for US-based customers while operating globally. You will guide onboarding, build strategic relationships, and advocate for customers to maximize platform value.

In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle, monitor health, and identify opportunities for expansion, while collaborating with Sales, Ops, Product and Engineering to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS or HR tech.
Experience owning full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal/expansion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive satisfaction.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision abilities.

Responsibilities

Guide onboarding for new customers and ensure quick adoption of RemotePass.
Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
Serve as primary contact for customers and resolve inquiries swiftly.
Monitor account health and pursue opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.
Collect feedback and provide insights to influence product development.
Drive retention and growth through proactive account management.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering to enhance customer experience.
