Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior and transactional data to identify growth opportunities.
• Create customer segmentation models for targeted campaigns and personalized experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate CRM campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Risk, and IT teams to improve customer lifecycle management.
• Maintain CRM data quality, integrity, and system effectiveness.
• Identify and implement automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Ensure CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
