About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Senior Data Analyst to help improve customer engagement and business performance through data-driven insights. You will analyze customer data, optimize CRM strategies, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and business opportunities.
• Develop CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling.
• Create customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.

Qualifications
