Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Cebu City is seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end Credit Control processes, including manual and automated transactions. You will build relationships with Client/Broker organisations to resolve operational issues and pursue automation opportunities.

The role requires handling internal and external queries with a focus on timely resolutions and collaboration across Insurance Administration and Credit Control activities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Some relevant work experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and/or cash management functions.
• Experience within Insurance environment is desirable.
• Experience of working collaboratively with offshore partners.
• Experience of the Xchanging process regarding accounting and settlements.
• Office/Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and incorporating the strategies for achieving individual or work unit objectives.
• Act as an SME across the business portfolios.
• All queries and escalations resolved effectively in a timely manner.
• Promote a culture of collaboration by keeping the channels of communication open and creating an environment for open and honest discussions.
• Deal with internal and external complaints in a timely manner and self report any risks identified.
