• Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations.
• Take ownership of the ledger and collect outstanding debt.
• Ensure payments are made on time and accurately to maintain QBE's reputation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Process basic and routine Accounts Receivable (Credit Control) duties including cash application and collections support.
• Make data entries and extract reports for analysis; respond to inquiries to provide excellent service.
