Qualifications

• Experience with financial statements and reports.
• AR, collections, billing, and reconciliations experience.
• Regulatory compliance awareness (PH BIR/SEC).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review accounting and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor AR, credit & collection activities, and reconciliations.
• Review billing, collections, disbursements, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Establish, implement, and improve accounting controls, policies, and processes.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard confidential financial information.
• Utilize MS Excel and accounting software to support accounting and reporting functions.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
