Job summary

Accpro International is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include reviewing transactions, preparing statements, monitoring receivables, ensuring compliance with BIR/SEC, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while maintaining confidentiality and leveraging Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CPA.
• Experience in financial reporting, credit & collections, and accounts receivable.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and taxation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Background in real estate, property management, or memorial services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit, and collection activities.
• Review billing, collections, and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Improve accounting controls, policies, and processes.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and banks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and protect confidential information.
• Use MS Excel and accounting software for reporting.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
