Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a CPA with strong financial reporting skills to review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management packages, coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve reporting issues, and provide insights to management to drive better financial decisions and performance.

Qualifications

• CPA with relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial statements, financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred, particularly with property-related accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite; knowledge of other accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Review financial schedules, account balances, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies, unusual variances, and potential errors.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reporting packages.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve financial reporting issues and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
