Job summary

EEI Power in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer or Construction Manager to lead project teams, supervise budgets, schedules, and quality. You will develop technical requirements and construction methods while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, conduct time-and-motion studies, plan manpower, materials, and equipment, and drive eco-friendly practices, aligning engineering work with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in project auditing, quantity surveying, cost analysis, and contract evaluation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
