EEI Power is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager in the Philippines to lead construction-related initiatives. The role requires directing PMT teams, coordinating with business development, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience in building construction, licensed credentials, and strong leadership with a collaborative mindset to manage scope, objectives, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed professional or equivalent.
• 10+ years of PM in building construction.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provides plans to the Head of Construction to ensure timely delivery of the schedule.
• Defines project objectives, project scope, and roles & responsibilities of PMT leaders.
• Lead and coordinate with business development, bidding, proposals and obtaining new work.
• Tracks the project and provides regular reports on project status to clients and key stakeholders.
• Defines the communications matrix and limit of authority for the PMT’s coordination with the client.
