Job summary

EEI Power in the Philippines seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, conduct site inspections, and prepare daily progress reports. The role requires interpreting engineering drawings, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to address updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Prepare daily progress reports and assist in resolving technical issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings and plans accurately.
• Assist in managing resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project concerns and updates.
