Job summary

EEI Power in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to lead project procurements and contract management. You will prepare material/work packages, source vendors, evaluate bids, and award contracts while ensuring compliance with service levels and purchasing policies.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills, with a track record in managing heavy workloads and building positive vendor relationships across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Admin/Finance with Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed material/work packages and sourcing schedules.
• Source project requirements, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
• Identify suitable vendors for requisitions and issue purchase/job orders promptly.
• Manage existing sourcing agreements for compliance and improvement.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and resolve contract-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to supply/service agreements and SLA targets.
• Establish positive vendor relations.
• Liaise with Vendor Management for end-to-end vendor support.
• Review and recommend improvements to contracts.
• Monitor agreement utilization and compliance.
