The role requires extensive civil engineering experience, leadership, and strong communication to coordinate field operations, negotiate contracts, and report progress to owners and management.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree with PE license is required.
• 15+ years in construction, with 5+ in supervisory roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Mentorship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage all project activities and operations.
• Represent the company in project matters within contract limits.
• Coordinate project activities to meet contract requirements.
• Evaluate contracts and negotiate terms within authorization.
• Provide status reports on progress, finances, and risks.
• Foster harmonious relations and proper conduct among staff.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
